Added new default layout options for Courses and Memberships
Adjusted logic for layout overrides and fallbacks.
Address a bug where custom post type archives would take on the layout setting of the last post in the loop rather than the default fallback setting

After updates, clear cached update data so the upgrade doesn’t still appear as pending
After changing license keys, clear cahced data so the next upgrade attempt will not fail again (unless it’s still supposed to fail)
After updating the currently active theme, correctly reactivate the theme

Resolved an issue where recurring payments with a free trial would attempt to charge 0 through the Stripe API and encounter an error. Free trial payment plans now correctly subscriber your customers to a plan with a free trial and no payment is attempted during checkout confirmation.

Fix PHP7 compatibility issue during AJAX requests
Set a default option when retrieving 1.3.0 header layout option. Prevent’s PHP notice from displaying when option has not yet been defined.
Fixed a typo that prevented 1.3.0 exports from being generated on older version of PHP
